Nasty LFO

A LFO using the ICL8038 for its nasty behaviour at low frequencies.
Frequence range from 0,6 to 6 Hz (fast) and 0,06 to 0,6 Hz at slow. Level sets the output level. Waveforms are sine and triangular.
