I love this EQ. I love the idea and I love the sound. This has been my end of mix better maker for the last year but my new mix buss processor has a BAX EQ built in so this is redundant now. These are about $825 new with the conversion rate but the tariffs tacked on another $100, so I think this is a really good deal. I bought it new from Bereich last year (tariffs and all), put it straight into my rack and it’s in absolute mint condition. You don't see these come up used very often. If you are looking at the Bereich you probably know what it does, but here is the breakdown: Three bands, all selectable to be Stereo, mid OR side. I would generally end up with Mid on the low band for solid bass in the center, Side on the mid band to make guitars better sounding AND wider, then Stereo on the highs for a nice lift across the board. It’s really brilliant. But it’s really a buss EQ and I just don’t need it with my new processor. All bands are switchable in 1db increments from 0-5dbs add or cut.
